
....was the 30 minute run on treadmill, alternating between low and high speeds. For me high is 6.0 to 6.5.
then later in the day, I went back and did this fun routine I found online. It's this
5 min - 4.0 - 0 incline
2 min - 4.0 - 10 incline
1 min - 4.0 - 0 incline
1-2 min - 6.5 - 0 incline
1 min - side step (left) 2.0 - 0 incline
1 min - side step (right) 2.0 - 0 incline
Do that four times.
